Our Sessions
Teenage (Primary & Secondary)
11 - 17 years old
Karate - Intermediate
Practicing martial arts gives you a complete, full body workout. When you engage in this training, you are utilizing incredible physical energy. As a result, strength, balance, flexibility and stamina increase proportionally to your dedication to the discipline.
Taekwondo
Taekwondo is very suitable for kids because it’s very flexible and adaptable, meaning that it will not unnecessarily force and strain your children. You can find the drive to keep training there if the atmosphere's right for you. So, that they enjoy the training sessions.
Yoga
Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Delhi Karate School helps male & Females develop quicker reaction times in a range of daily, routine life activities, like driving.
Kids (Primary & Below)
From beginner up to 11 years
Physical Fitness
Children ages 3 through 12 years need to be active for 60 minutes every day.Delhi Karate School helps children and adolescents to improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles.
Yoga
Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children.
Karate - Beginner
Though it cannot be pinpointed, the consensus for the best age to start Karate is 4 at this age. For younger children, We recommend introductory gymnastics training as an excellent foundation for building the first Karate training.
